English Lyrics

For Stevie Wonder — With Love and Gratitude

Nineteen eighty-two, the dream of that time
I went to hear you, such a wonderful memory
Even now, I never forget those beautiful melodies
I want to say thank you

Carried on the gentle melodies of the piano
My heart is soothed by memories coming back
Even now, I listen to your special songs

Here I am now, with all the days I have lived
Gently placing my steps along the path of music
Your timeless songs are an everlasting light
They wrap my heart in their embrace

Moving my body to those wonderful songs
Even the passing seasons feel like a dream
I want to dance with you forever

Forever, swaying to your beautiful songs
Sharing a wonderful dance with you
With love — With Love (With Love)
May your kindness live on forever

Forever, swaying to your beautiful songs
Sharing a wonderful dance with you
With love — With Love (With Love)
May your kindness live on forever
May your kindness live on forever
