REFUND POLICY Last updated: April 2026 ALL SALES ARE FINAL All artworks sold in this store are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted originals by artist YURIKO YUCO YOSHIKAWA. Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy prior to purchase, and that you waive any right to return or exchange the artwork. DAMAGED OR LOST ARTWORK If your artwork arrives visibly damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@yurikoyuco.com with the following: - Your order number - Photographic or video evidence of the damage - A description of the issue We will work with you and the carrier to find an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs caused by customs authorities. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YURIKO YUCO YOSHIKAWA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific artwork in question. GOVERNING LAW This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Aichi Prefecture, Japan.
