(天の川を渡ろう 生葉の藍色を楽しむ)

Exhibition details:
📅 18–23 August 2026 (10:00–18:00 / last day until 16:00)
📍 Aichi Arts Center, 8F Gallery, Nagoya
🎟 Free admission

This is a milestone exhibition — the 60th anniversary of one of the most prestigious dyeing exhibitions in the Chubu region. I am deeply grateful to be part of this celebration.

The work explores the ephemeral, living blue of fresh indigo leaves — a colour that exists only in the moment of dyeing, impossible to recreate exactly. Like the Milky Way itself, it is vast, fleeting, and quietly luminous.

If you are in Nagoya, please come and experience the work in person.
