Shipping Policy

Physical Artworks

Physical artworks are shipped internationally by DHL Express or EMS.

When DHL Express is used, shipment insurance will be arranged by the seller when appropriate for the value of the artwork. The buyer is not required to purchase separate shipping insurance.

When EMS is used, the applicable compensation amount will be declared at the time of shipment when additional compensation is required.

The shipping method may be selected by the seller according to the destination, artwork size, value, and other shipping conditions.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where Shopify calculates and collects applicable duties and import taxes at checkout, these amounts will be paid by the buyer at checkout.

Where duties or import taxes are not collected at checkout, the buyer may be required to pay them directly to the customs authority, shipping carrier, or other applicable party upon customs clearance or delivery.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or for charges imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers in the destination country.

Music Licenses

Music licenses are digital products and do not involve physical shipment.

Therefore, no physical shipping charges, shipping insurance, customs duties, or import taxes relating to physical delivery apply.

After purchase confirmation, the buyer will be contacted by email within two business days.

After the applicable license agreement has been signed and returned, the WAV file will be delivered through WeTransfer.

The WeTransfer download link will remain valid for the period stated on the relevant product page, currently three days where specified.

The buyer is responsible for downloading and securely storing the delivered file within the stated download period.
