Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes. 2. PRODUCTS All artworks sold on this Site are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted originals by artist YURIKO YUCO YOSHIKAWA. Each piece is unique and irreplaceable. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. 3. PRICING All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement. 4. ORDERS By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. We are not responsible for errors in orders placed by the customer. 5. PAYMENT We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are secured and encrypted. 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Orders are shipped via DHL or Japan Post / EMS. Estimated delivery times are: - Japan: 2–5 business days - Asia: 1–2 weeks - North America & Europe: 2–4 weeks - Other regions: 3–6 weeks Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers. 7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance. 8. RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of each artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photographic evidence. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this Site — including artwork images, text, logos, and the YURIKO YUCO YOSHIKAWA® trademark — is the exclusive property of YURIKO YUCO YOSHIKAWA and is protected by copyright and trademark law. However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
